Harissat Al Istiklal - 26/09/2007

Ricardo Karam has already started producing a big show entitled "Harissat Al Istiklal" (The Guardian of the Independence). The locations of the shooting are Beirut, Damascus, Cairo, Riyadh, Algeria, Morocco, Paris, London, Geneva, New York and Los Angeles. Ricardo and his team are currently in Europe for some intensive filming sessions. The broadcast time and network are not known yet. Further details are to be released soon... more

Maronite League - 01/09/2007

Ricardo officially joined the Maronite League which main purpose is to bring together members of the Maronite Community with the aim of providing them with continuous support and defending their vital interests. The League also strives to help the Maronite Community to be actively present in the Lebanese society and to underscore the central role played by the Maronites who are recognized as leading contributors to the culture and development of Lebanon and the entire Arab Levant. A Princess Destiny - 23/08/2007

Ricardo will be interviewing HRH Princess Ferial, daughter of King Farouk, where she talks for the first time ever about her childhood in Cairo, her family's exile and her life after the revolution. Under the title “A Princess Destiny”, parts of this exclusive interview will be shown on Al-Arabiya on September 6th at 20:00 GMT whereas the entire one will be aired on MBC 1 on September 10th at 18:30 GMT. The daughter of Independence - 17/08/2007

Ricardo published an article in the leading Lebanese Newspapers, Annahar, as an homage to “The daughter of Independence”, Alia El Solh, heir to the towering legacy of her father Riad El Solh, pillar of the pan-Arabism movement and founder of the Independence of Lebanon. Alia El Solh was an exceptional lady who shaped our life with colors of patriotism and courage. She left us last April and August 18th is the date of her birthday. Worldwide Alumni Association - 05/07/2007

Ricardo Karam has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Worldwide Alumni Association of the American University of Beirut (WAAAUB). The results of the first-ever elections were announced during a press conference at the Lebanese Press Federation in Beirut. The association is based in Beirut and includes all alumni chapters in Lebanon, North America and the rest of the world along with members voted in from the at-large alumni population. There are currently about 60 AUB alumni chapters worldwide. The Board of Directors main responsibilities will be to manage the business and affairs of the organization.... more

	Lebanon's first outpatient facility for the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction, Skoun, held a gala dinner at the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel in Downtown Beirut. Wara' Al Woujouh - 21/04/2007

Ricardo is nowadays focusing on the GCC countries. In fact, he has been in a tour taking him to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Oman, Bahrain, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar and Kuwait.He also flew to Cairo and Amman before heading again to Paris, Geneva and London. A US Tour is expected in May where he will be conducting new interviews as part of "Wara' Al Woujouh" talk show. This new series is scheduled for the spring season. On the other hand, Ricardo is about to launch "The Olive Branch Achievement Awards". More news and pics to come... more
