Probably the world’s most famous restauranteur Ducasse established his credentials at the “59” restaurant in Paris which had gourmets raving about this remarkable chef. Years later Ducasse has top locations in New York and Paris, Las Vegas and Tokyo amongst many. Ducasse’s creations are legendary, relying more on product than technique, of amplifying taste through simple preparations, while the service and attention lavished in his restaurants places them at a level all their own.
