Member of the Jordanian Royal Family, an international patron of the arts, a relentless advocate of human issues, board member of the International Rescue Committee engaged in relief work with the world’s refugees, HRH is also a tireless campaigner for the plight of marginalized women in rural areas. HRH continues to use her international status to give voice to the work and ideals of UNESCO for the protection of the world’s cultural heritage and especially the rights of family and children. Her Hope foundation, created in collaboration with UNESCO, supports education for street and working children.
