World cancer day

On World Cancer Day, Ricardo Karam responded to the invitation of the Emirates Medical Association to witness a global campaign addressed at raising awareness towards the Early Detection of Cancer at Expo 2020 in Dubai. He discussed this growing global burden and the importance of prevention in combating one of our era’s greatest public health challenges is an all-star panel of medical experts who showcased the ways in which the institutions they work for are advancing cancer research, treatment, and guidelines.
