As Tripoli (North Lebanon) stood on the brink of being designated the Capital of Arab Culture, Ricardo Karam engaged in an interactive session with the city’s community. The event, orchestrated by the Tripoli Heritage Association in Lebanon, drew participation from parliament members, activists, and association leaders. In his address, Karam emphasized how Tripoli serves as a unifying force, characterized by its inherent generosity, the kindness of its inhabitants, and the enduring love it has consistently extended to us.
