Official launch of the “diaspora id”

Ricardo Karam was the keynote speaker at the official launch of the “Diaspora ID”, an initiative aiming at establishing strong and purposeful links between the Diaspora and Lebanon. The event was held at the Grand Serail, Downtown Beirut.
