The UN Global Compact Network Lebanon has launched in 2022 a program addressed to youth aged 18-24 to take them through their sustainability journey, exposing them to the global, regional and local landscape and upskilling them to enter the workspace safely and readily. Purpose driven leadership is one of the topics that puts today leaders at the forefront of sustainability. Being purposefully driven himself, looking for inspiring stories, and having encountered so many leaders of the world, Ricardo Karam spoke about his journey tackling this topic and how this applies to his work.
